In this role, you will play an integral role in enhancing the process and systems from planning to pay
Reporting to the Sr Manager Global Plan to Pay Organisation, you will drive operational excellence by leading a team of Product & Process owners that build the end to end planning process at Red Hat
You will work closely with key Business stakeholders (GTM Operations, Finance, Sales, IT and System Transformation)
What you will do
Truly understand the true value drivers for our Go to Market strategy and translate these into the planning process.
Own, build and continuously enhance processes and tools for Topline planning, TQM as well as ETM ( in close collaboration with the CRM team).
Facilitate tight connection between the Product ownership team members and other pillars of the Plan to pay organisation
Ensure that processes are documented and enabled, tools are easy to use and well enabled

A collaborative thought leader who identifies opportunities to improve Excellent technical experience and a proven record of success in a corporate and financial planning models +10 years (Anaplan and other planning tools)

Self-motivated and able to work seamlessly with local and remote teams Detailed oriented and analytical abilities that support data-driven decision making
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
