Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound & Inbound calls and coordination with Sales team, Follow-up with customers for site Visits.
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings with sales team as per defined process.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their real estate needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.

The Pre-Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and is responsible for converting leads into prospects. They are expected to possess excellent communication and sales skills to effectively convey information about our projects and encourage site visits. The Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for following up with customers Pre-site visits and coordinating with the sales office to ensure seamless customer experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate preferred with and 1-3 years of relevant experience in tele sales, inside sales and outbound-sales, or a similar role within the real estate or other industry.
  • Proficient in spoken English with proper grammar & fluency
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and financing options.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
