Role: Java Technical Architect Position: Full Time Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 15 to 18 yrs.

Looking for an experienced dynamic Senior Java Developer/Lead with experience delivering innovative solutions in close collaboration with the Business. The candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work in a fast paced agile environment.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution of the strategy, identifying opportunities to realize the strategic architecture within the constraints of regulatory milestones.
What you'll do
. Design, code, test, debug, and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture
. Develop tools for performance tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the suite of server-side applications
. Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager
. Should have knowledge on Cloud applications preferably on AWS
. Must have experience / knowledge in Cluster Management Frameworks (e.g., Spark), Kafka, Elastic Search, Docker and database, build-and-test (preferred).
. Demonstrate skills in problem-solving and decision-making
What are we looking for
. 15+ years of total work experience in a relevant IT industry, of which 6 years of experience as a Senior Dev. And 6 + years as Solution Architect
. 5+ years of experience in building Java based frameworks on micro services platforms. End to designing frameworks and platforms.
. Hands-on experience in Java and Pl/SQL.
. Experience with REST API services.
. Knowledge and building solution based of microservices-oriented architecture
. Experience with source code control systems such a git/GitHub.
. Practical experience with development infrastructure / CI (TeamCity, SonarQube, Atlassian Stack)
. Able to represent code changes impact to technical team
. Able Participate on production calls and help to resolve
. Solid understanding of architecture and product design principles, in particular with respect with large scale, distributed, real-time applications
. Analytical skills ability to investigate and resolve issues in a high-pressured environment
. Strong ability to analyze data attention to detail and good quantitative ability.
. Played the lead role in an investment bank
Microservice Architectures and related design patterns
Basic understanding (if not depth) of containerization and the orchestration tools such as Kubernetes on Docker Swarm
SQL data structure and Query Tuning ( At least should be able to do first level tuning without relying on DBA )
Nice to have :
Demonstrate expertise in Java technologies and frameworks, including but not limited to Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability to the organization's technical landscape.
Provide recommendations on technology stack selection and drive the adoption of best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
