Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Head to lead technology. The ideal candidate will provide vision, leadership, and direction for all IT-related functions, ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.
Provide leadership in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies.
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of production systems.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for team members.
Project Management:
Manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.
Cybersecurity and Data Management:
Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to safeguard assets.
Oversee data management processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of TPN and work experience in post production studios will be an added advantage.
