Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Gymnastic Instructor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Gymnastic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various gymnastic techniques and routines. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gymnastic Instructor
- Strong instructional and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Knowledge and experience in rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics, and general gymnastics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Patience and the ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach gymnastic techniques, routines, and skills to students of all ages and skill levels
- Create and develop lesson plans and training programs
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
- Ensure the safety of all students during training sessions
- Demonstrate proper techniques and provide individualized instruction
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Organize and supervise gymnastic competitions and events
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in gymnastics
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized gymnasium
