Job description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion. Generate leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and industry conferences. Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets and objectives. Work with the team to identify areas for growth and improvement. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Customize offerings to address client-specific needs and concerns. Close deals and facilitate the contract signing process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product/service development.

Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
