TBKs services include Catering and Pre-orders dispatched from our central kitchen in Mahim. Our Menu & List of Services are available online. We’re in the process of launching a new multi-cuisine brand to give our clientele more variety! To learn more about our story check out our youtube channel.

Work Culture

TBK is a 9 year old startup! We’ve gone through our ups and downs, including scaling really fast (5 cloud kitchens in 5 months) to building a slow but sustainable, lifetime business that survived Covid. What has gotten us through our hard times & enjoy our good times, is a team that's truly entrepreneurial and loves what they do We have a beautiful, magical kitchen+office in Mahim where the world famous TBK food is made and a gorgeous, surrounded by trees, sunlit office in Colaba where ideas are born and Vitamin D is available in infinite supply . This role will spend time in both offices. The Colaba office is shared by Munafs 2nd venture, M2O Consulting - a food ecommerce consultancy for national restaurant chains. This role will work 5 days a week (Tue-Sat), 1030am to 730pm; But has to be available for Caterings which usually happen in the evenings on Weekends. You can comp-off the time you spend in the caterings against your regular working hours. Work Benefits include Monthly Biryani Parties, Weekday Morning Sailing followed by breakfast (Yes our founder is a passionate Sailor) and random coffee excursions to Subko Cacao Mill, Colaba. The Role reports

to Munaf Kapadia

TBK is the brainchild of Munaf Kapadia & his mother Nafisa. Munaf breathes and eats FnB storytelling. His work & entrepreneurial experience includes Google, McDonalds and Zomato. He is also an author of ‘How I Quit Google to Sell Samosas’ published by HarperCollins. The role will directly report to him.

Munafs management style is to build a scaffolding around talent enabling them to succeed with the right mentorship, training and support and when the time is right give them an opportunity to stand on their feet and become the landmark high-rises they were always meant to become.

About the Role/ Job Description

You will be part of the leadership team reporting directly to the founder You will be the face of our catering business, interacting with our high profile guests, interfacing with the press and unlocking new partnerships You will be responsible for helping our business achieve our catering and pre-order sales targets for both TBK and the new multi-cuisine brand Your efforts will focus on maximizing the lifecycle of our existing customers by ensuring TBK is top of mind for them for all their catering occasions You will also consistently push out communications, milestones, new menus, photography and content to our existing customers via whatsapp and social media You will generate new content for the above communication plan applying your own creativity through photographs, video recordings taken during live catering/ dining experience events You will contribute to our larger business strategy by providing valuable ideas and insights for the operations team. Capture feedback from existing customers which will help us improve our offerings.

Min Qualifications

12th Pass, Graduation is a bonus Great Spoken and Written English Skills User of Instagram, Whatsapp, Phone photography and great with Excel Entrepreneurial Attitude Loves networking, building long standing client relationships Enjoys event management/ coordination and being on the field for catering events 2-3 years work experience

Remuneration -

CTC Rs 3.6L to 5.2L per annum depending on work experience
