Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Implementation Lead located in Gurugram. Ascent Business Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Product Implementation Lead to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing the successful deployment of our enterprise software products designed on Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Angular frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing enterprise clients, leading software development projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including software developers, business analysts, and QA teams Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development and implementation, with a focus on enterprise Java-based applications. Proven track record of successfully managing international enterprise clients and leading software development projects from conception to completion. Exp working with North America and middle clients will be a plus. Strong understanding of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Angular frameworks, with hands-on experience in software development and architecture will be a plus. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential. Exceptional client management skills, including the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and manage expectations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage enterprise accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive customer success. Self-motivated, enterprising, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should also possess strong experience in Project Management and proven understanding of Agile and Waterfall . Background in Banking , government sector and knowledge of risk and resilience management will be a big plus.Job tags
