Maintaining full life cycle of recruitment process.
Understanding and capturing the job requirements from Clients.
Sourcing quality candidate's profiles through various modes including Job postings, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, internal database, through referrals and Headhunting).
Coordinating with the candidates through email/phone.
Matching the candidate's current profile with that of the Client's requirements, and then screen accordingly.
Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations.
Strong candidate Follow-up with selected candidates.
Interaction with the client for getting offer letter to the candidate and hand-holding the candidate till his date of joining.
Building pipeline based on on-going requirement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Skills:
Excellent Command over English Language (Verbal & Written)
A Team Player
Interns or freshers graduate can also apply.
Listen thoroughly and follow affectively.
Ability to meet and exceed the timeline.
Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
