Ltd , Site Project Manager, Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 15 to 30 years of experience in civil engineering Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Ms office & Excel Expertise in Structural & Highway engineering Experience in Barrage, Earthworks & Road construction Excellent leadership and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards Excellent communication, planning, management and interpersonal skills #Roles and Responsibilities # Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success with speculated time. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with IS Codes, regulations, and safety standards Review and evaluate design drawings and specifications Supervise and lead a team of Civil engineers, Supervisors and construction workers Manage project documentation and maintain project records Ensure effective communication and smooth project execution Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner Provide regular project updates and reports to the senior managementJob tags
