HR Assistant Qualifications:
Roles Responsibilities
1.Assist HR Business Partner with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Management.
3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
4. Coordinate (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
5. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
6.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
7. Properly handle complaints and grievance.
8. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
9. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
10.Coordinate and assist social media Business development teams in all means for brand promotion (Email follow-up s, cold calls etc.)
1. Fast computer typing skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong communications skills.
4. Degree in Human Resources or related field is an added advantage.
5. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
6. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
