Software Development Manager Location- Gurgaon Exp- 7-9 yrs Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications Responsibilities Driving simple to complex projects, initiatives, standards and guidelines from technology perspective within agreed timelines Mentoring and leading teams that will write/enhance a lot of high-quality code mostly in Java for one or more of our Microservices’ development Working closely with other product, business and technology leaders to ensure business requirements (functional and non-functional) are met Driving functional and non-functional design & development of tasks/components from inception to closure Work closely with product owners to prioritize and influence roadmap and backlog Ensuring all code that your team produces is maintainable, resilient, efficient, and configurable Ensuring all code that your team produces is rigorously tested through various tiers of automated pyramid testing including unit, and integration testing Leading an agile team, looking for ways to continuously improve through asking for and providing junior, peer and leadership feedback Effectively communicate and collaborate both within and outside the teams Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications · You should have a hunger to learn!
