Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi, dedicated to an Experienced Inside Sales Specialist with a background in

SAAS/Edtech

. The core responsibility of this position is to

perform engaging and persuasive product demonstrations

of Edisapp School Management Software, School ERP, and Mobile Apps, alongside all other Eloit services. This role demands a profound understanding of our products to effectively showcase their value to potential clients, thereby generating leads, closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing unparalleled customer service.

Job Descriptions: Lead with comprehensive,

engaging product demonstrations

of the Edisapp School ERP, which is a B2B SaaS product, explaining its features, benefits, and application to potential clients as the primary responsibility. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Edisapp School Management Software, School ERP, Mobile Apps, and all other Eloit services to

effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to prospects . Understand the target audience and education sector thoroughly to create and implement a relevant and effective sales strategy. Meet and exceed revenue goals by converting product demo attendees into customers, aligning with performance metrics. Manage follow-ups, set up online demos, and close deals, focusing on converting trial users into sales, and achieving target quotas. Utilize Online CRM and lead generation tools, LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Collaborate with channel partners to assist them with lead generation and sales closure. Build pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting Effectively communicating our Product value proposition to relevant stakeholders. Lead negotiations, handle objections, and onboarding prospective customers Regularly updating and managing requisite data in the CRM e.g., Contacts, lead pipeline, deal management, sales forecast etc. To prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to the reporting line. Provide market intelligence and product feedback to relevant team members.

Education and Relevant Experience: BBA/MBA, BTech / MTech, BCA/MCA, MSc(IT/Computer), Any Graduate

Technical Skills: (must have) Must possess exceptional sales closure skills, with a strong emphasis on product demonstration effectiveness. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required to engage effectively during product demos. Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent social media sales and exposure handling sales via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong planning, organizing, and networking skills. Excellent spoken and written English skills Excellent telephone etiquette and willingness to engage with customers and users in person, by phone or digitally Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)

Additional Skills: (nice to have) Experience using CRM Tools like Hubspot Experience selling Edtech / Technology / SAAS products would be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary & Benefits: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Performance bonus Provident Fund + ESI Health Insurance Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

Experience: 3+ years (Preferred)
