Thunderhead/ Smatcom lead
What you do
• Prepare the Template in Smartcomm tool based on given data in XML format
• Person will prepare the template based on the given letter format
• Person will use the data provided in XML format
• Person will verify the output generated matches with the expected output
• Person will co-ordinate with ADA developer to fix the data definition.
As part of the delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain
You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews
You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
What you bring
• Primary skills: Sound knowledge about SmartCOMM Modules
o Data Modeler,
o Advanced Template Designer and
o Web Editor
• Sound knowledge of Smart Communications Appliance and Tenancy(Cloud/Hybrid)
• Sound knowledge in generating Interactive communications (Draft Editor)
• Good knowledge about Smart Communication API's
• Should be well versed in creation of Static Layouts for Print and Responsive Layouts for Web
Technical knowledge in creating Simple, Scriptable Template Selector and Output Configurations for post processing
• Basic knowledge in Java, JSON is desirable
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
