Key Responsibilities: Facility Management: · Develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive facility management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and values. · Oversee and lead a team responsible for maintenance, repairs, and renovations of our office facilities to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and safety. · Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring effective contract negotiation, compliance, and quality service delivery. · Strategically plan and manage office space utilization, layout, and allocation, aiming to maximize collaboration, creativity, and employee satisfaction. · Monitor, analyse, and manage facility-related budgets, expenses, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource allocation. · Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring full compliance with regulations and a secure workplace. · Rapidly respond to and resolve facility-related emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Administration : · Oversee the provision of a well-stocked and organized office pantry, supporting employee satisfaction. · Collaborate with vendors for pantry supplies, office equipment, and operational requirements. · Strategically plan and execute company events, meetings, and ensuring seamless logistics. · Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, streamlining procurement processes. · Lead administrative tasks, including call management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence. · Supervise basic bookkeeping activities, such as expense tracking and invoice processing. · Foster a positive and inclusive office culture, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

Key Requirements: · Educational background: bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or Business Administration, or related field (preferred). · 8 to 12 years of experience in track record in senior facility management and administration leadership roles. · Decent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. · Proficiency in utilizing modern office software and facility management tools. · Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities to meet demanding deadlines.
