Roles and Responsibilities
Software@Work I. P. Ltd has been engaged in business software sales and services since the past 32 years and have helped over 20,000 SME's.
SoftwareHunt is our new software products / SAAS - Sales & distribution business. You would work with the Founder on charting a new course for the business. With established credibility & goodwill since the past 32 years, we are now poised for the next phase of our journey.
The B2B business software space for SME's is taking off fast and you would be involved in strategic management and executing the vision of the Founder . This will also involve setting up the new business division from the ground up.
The key role is to ensure Product Market Fit (PMF) via hands on sales and customer interaction (F2F or Digitally)
The respnsobilities could also span across various activities including Customer Acquisition, Strategy, Developing the MVP, Sales & Business Dev, Hiring, Executing the plans etc .
In all respects , you would be trained by the Founder to take charge of the business activities with the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 1 to 5 years experience in business SAAS / ERP software sales
2. Passionate about enabling SME's with the best software solutions . Connecting with them F2F or Digitally
3. Ability to commincate well with customers to understand their challenges and propose soutions
4. Can be an ex-entrepreneur or an aspiring one
Ideally we would need a person who can Work from Office and based in Mumbai.
Candidates without the above experience may be considered as trainees.
Perks and Benefits
Compensation : Rs 6 lakhs – Rs 8 lakhs p.a. + Incentives + Paid leave + Medical and Life insurance.
