Technology & Security – Project and Programme Delivery
Technical certifications – demonstrable experience in Business Analysis / Process Management
Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Solutions (Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, Service Assurance)

Telecom Product experience like Ethernet, IP Access, IPVPN, Wave, SDWAN, Security, Voice etc.
Experience in Customer migration across various IT systems
