Job Description :
To handle internal compliance monitoring and surveillance and ensuring implementation of remedial plans in coordination with other stakeholders.
To develop and implement compliance checks & controls and review existing processes/ system controls from compliance check points.
To handle and review the overall distribution compliance and ensuring implementation of distribution compliance framework.
To conduct compliance workshops/ training programmes for the sales and coordinate with all concerned stakeholders for extending business support within the regulatory framework.
To handle the compliance requirements of promoter companies from time to time.
To assist in data analysis on various matters/ areas and in meeting overall compliance requirements from time to time.
