Job description

Candidates should have minimum of 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst in Inbound BPO.
Should be willing to work in rotational Shifts.
To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
Strong Expertise in feedback mechanism Coaching.
Arranging calibration with the partner sites and run calibration
Identifying Opportunity area for Improvement
Candidate should be good in Microsoft Excel. Should know excel reporting, Building charts and graphs, pivot tables and vlookup.
