Job description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of B2C Marketing to lead our consumerfocused marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful B2C marketing strategies across various channels. The Associate Director will be responsible for driving customer acquisition retention and brand loyalty through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition retention and brand loyalty. This includes developing targeting messaging segmentation and positioning strategies.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns targeting consumers. This includes digital marketing social media email marketing influencer partnerships and other relevant channels.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns promotions and partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert new customers.
- Retention and Loyalty Programs: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention and foster brand loyalty. This includes developing loyalty programs personalized marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling B2C marketing collateral including website content blog posts social media content and email campaigns.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and insights to monitor campaign performance optimize marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of B2C marketing professionals providing guidance feedback and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in B2C marketing with a strong track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles tactics and best practices.
- Experience in mention relevant industries or consumer segments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
