Job Roles and Responsibilities : - Recruiting by presenting career opportunities to potential advisors - Recruiting confident advisors via the marketplace, natural resources, and other channels - Make sure advisers receive proper training on the product, rules, and other selling inputs. - Monitoring and evaluating advisors' business performance - By going to customer meetings with the advisers, impart product and practical training. - Helping advisers understand the sales process and hitting revenue goals - Assisting in the need analysis of potential customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and delighting customers - Carrying out a range of recruitment and sales promotional activities Required Competencies : - Result-orientation, proactive with good communication & presentation skills - Building & Leveraging Relationships - Team-playing ability - Strong Network in the local market - Ability to work under pressure Candidates Requirements : Education : Graduate /Post Graduate in any stream Experience : Minimum 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in any industry - Age should be between 24 to 38 Years Rupa P.
