Job Description:

• Book-keeping in Tally and SAP including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Profit and loss A/c and Balance Sheet.
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST.
• Preparation of all supporting information for the various audits and Assessments.
• Dealing with external parties including statutory Auditors and Income Tax/GST officials.
• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
• Preparation of various reconciliations including Bank Reconciliation, Debtors, and creditors Reconciliation.
• Fixed Assets Accounting and Reconciliation and verification.
• Dealing with banks and financial institutions including foreign payments, CC limits, etc.
• Creating, updating maintaining records and database.
• Adherence to accounting policies and procedures of the company.
