EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
- To actively answer various channels of interaction (verbal and written) with clients and provide them both sales and after sales services.
- To be responsible and accountable for maximising revenue generation for the business by ensuring high conversion rate of all incoming order enquiries.
- To create an impression and set an exemplary customer service experience by communicating with the clients politely and understand and resolve their queries.
- To maintain records of leads in the panel and work out methods on understanding different types of assignment questions as presented by clients of different
- universities.
- To submit reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required by the concerned authority to justify the carried out work in their respective shifts and also suggesting creative strategies to increase the conversion rate and bring it as close as possible to 100%.
- To actively chase the unpaid leads and convince/persuade the clients by promising them the best in class service and also ensure the same.
- To study each assignment question and regularly improve the knowledge of academic assignments in various colleges and universities across the globe. To submit detailed responses to clients as a proposal to ensure that the clients trusts that the given website understand my task better than other competitors. To regularly devise and work out strategies and provide regular feedback to the Directors about the clients and their nature of questions posed by the student clients.
- To respond in a defined timeframe to the new enquiries and acknowledge each and every message from the client to assure them that they are being handled by a responsible team of professionals. This also includes making use of efficient time and spending minimum time possible for the conversion of an order.
- To meet given targets of conversion as well as revenue generation and equip themselves regularly with latest trends in the sales and marketing industry by regularly reading/watching/listening and discussing case studies of successful brands and businesses.
- To look for hidden information when the details of the assignments are submitted and use proactive measures to make maximum use of available opportunities (Example - a forwarded email can have the contact email id of a client's friend, it's natural for the Sales Executive to write a polite email to the client's friend introducing the service of SSSi to that email id as well).
- To work on scripts, objection handling, rebuttals to give the impression and the assurance to the clients that our brand has great knowledge about academic writing. To be vigilant and identify about the nature of the client and the paying capabilities. As an example - a client from China/local Australian generally has more paying capability than a client from India. Similarly, a client using the service for the second time or coming from a referral of a friend is likely to pay higher than a client using the service for the first time.
- To conduct regular meetings with various departments associated with SSSi brand and present the same to the Directors in a formal reporting every week.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
- A strong command of English and an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Hands-on CRM software expertise is an asset
- An in-depth knowledge of marketing as well as negotiation tactics
- An eagerness to learn and a passion to convince and sell
- Desire to achieve one's personal and professional goals using a method that is centered on the achievement of those goals
- Develop and deliver effective presentations.
