Position: Sr. Principal Consultant/Architect - Oracle SCM



Position Title
Role: Oracle SCM Architect
Purpose of the Position
Employee at this level is expected to understand the product througly. Have strong business understanding, specialisation in at least two process out of Plan to Produce, Order to Cash or Plan to Produce. Anchor supply chain intensive projects from solution and delivery perspective. The incumbent participates in project execution, solution designing, delivery quality review, mentor lead consultants, etc.
Experience range

8-10 yrs of relevant Oracle eBusiness Suite / Cloud with Implementation experience

Atleast 3-4 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Modules (at least two process modules out of Plan to Produce, Order to Cash or Plan to Produce)

Experience of working in North America or UK/Europe will be an added advantage

Qualification

MBA (Any specialization) / Post Graduate

At least one Oracle certification in last 1 year

Domain knowledge of SCM is preferred

Key Responsibilities
Activities/Associated Tasks
Project Deliverables
Manage the delivery of the Oracle modules during the implementation & support projects for North America in EST Timezone.
Integration of customized application with Oracle standard application modules
Organise and conduct the formal workshops with the clients displaying knowledge of the application and the business environment by analysing customer needs in both project or presales assignment
Understanding of configuration, review functional design document and configuration, support tech development, ensure efficient delivery
Take the lead to understand new product or new features
Engage with the customer as architect for requirement gathering, feasibility study and part of solution design
Anchor the end to end implementation / support process for the specific product and able to guide junior resources working on the project


Anticipating project risks and providing workaround solution
Technical documentation and Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager
Oversee the operations of project team to ensure on-time delivery
To ensure highest level of Quality on engagement
Perform quality and functional reviews during the Design and Development phases
Participate in periodic project reviews and audits
Lead standardization and contribute to create the repository
