Role Description-Adhesive or cement background required

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer located in Nagpur. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales operations including creating and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, generating leads, managing channel sales, and ensuring effective communication with team members.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the tile adhesive ,cement or paint industry preferred
