About the Role
Responsibilities
Manage all communication with clients its agencies on behalf of the client (OTT platform).
Making sure the team is publishing all trailers, teasers, dialogue promos, behind scenes etc as scheduled by the marketing team.
Manage all communication associated with YouTube other social media handles that happen around movies or shows launched PAN India.
Prepare and maintain publishing calendar for brand s official YouTube channel.
Take approvals in the places required from clients or creative team on creatives, copywriting, video files.
Take part in all assigned campaign meetings and share ideas to promote the film or web-series.
Be aware of all discussions around, changes, revisions, reschedules about the movie or show launch in India.
Working on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly brand and campaign reports.
Tracking, measuring and reporting performance of all activities on the brand and suggesting ways to improve and increase the effectiveness.
Participate in internal agencies creative jamming video productions.
Daily checking of all asset trackers and making sure videos are published as per the time.
Growth mindset, actively taking part in learning activities and mapping personal growth while being in sync with the vision of the company
Requirements
Very good command over English Hindi - reading, writing speaking.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum typing speed - 30 words per min
Experience Required - 2-3 years
Basic graphic design knowledge will be an added advantage.
If you are interested in films, web series, that will be an added advantage.
