Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a business manager. The business manager will be responsible for developing goals and objectives that tend toward growth and prosperity. They will design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. They need to ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people , materials, equipment, etc.) Additionally, the business manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity, supervising the work of employees, providing feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and maintaining relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting external and internal data, writing reports; assessing overall company performance against objectives; representing the company at events, conferences, etc.; and ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines Qualifications Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills. Prior experience as a business manager of 5 years and more. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Management skills critical thinking skills and analytical skills A degree in BE/DIP/MBA/GRADUATE. Experience in the machine tools industry would be an advantage Training or certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma would be a plusJob tags
