Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, improving customer experience, and resolving customer issues on a daily basis.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
