Job description

Responsibilities

• Tracks Key Performance / Key Results Indicators
• Collects plant data on output, materials consumption, defects and scrap / waste generation
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and quaterly management reports
• Participaring in various improvement projects and tracking the completion status.
• Attends Plant and Site Meetings, Prepares Agendas and MOMs along with follow up on open action points
• Monitoring Manufacturing Plan Vs Actual & heighlight if any gaps & risk mitigation to be plan along with team
• MIS Plant & Production & others Reports
• Assists Site Trainer in preapring, scheduling and delivering technical training
• Conducting skill assessments as per the desired level and updating the Skill matrix.
• Maintains calendar to manage PMS assessments, Training, VVIP Visits, Financial Results, CI & BE Events
• Supports Safety Campaigns and other Safety initiatives
• Coordinates TA fairs and assists HR in related hiring activities
• Assists HR & TA on Team member selection and retention efforts
