About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead our digital marketing strategy, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and achieve superior ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and to integrate digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, applying innovative ideas to our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in using various analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the company's digital marketing strategy's performance.
Outstanding leadership and communication skill.
Creative and strategic mindset, with an ability to conceive innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
