Kashmir Loom is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of billing transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The Retail Billing Executive will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• ⁠Process customer invoices and credit notes efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• ⁠Manage receipts from customers ensuring proper record-keeping and reconciliation.
• ⁠Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless financial workflows.
• ⁠ Assist with sales 
• Inventory management 
• Client database management

Skills & Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠About 2-3 Years of experience of Billing in luxury retail.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in working of Tally ERP.

•⁠ ⁠Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

•⁠ ⁠A proactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
