Job Title: Key Sales Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute key sales strategies to drive business growth within the banking sector in Karnataka.
- Identify and engage with key clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team focused on key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven success in key account sales, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 5.50 LPA
