Job description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing expert advice, and ensuring a memorable and seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries. Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and address any concerns or questions. Booking And Reservations Make flight, hotel, car rental, and tour reservations on behalf of clients. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking processes. Keep uptodate with travel industry trends and best practices. Itinerary Planning Create detailed travel itineraries tailored to each clients desires. Arrange for activities, tours, and transportation as required. Offer suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Documentation And Compliance Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, are in order. Stay informed about travel restrictions, health guidelines, and safety protocols. Assist clients with any documentation or paperwork required for their trips. Budget Management Work within client budget constraints to plan costeffective travel experiences. Provide transparent pricing and options to clients. Negotiate discounts with suppliers to maximize value. Problem Solving Address and resolve any issues or disruptions during the clients trip. Offer alternative solutions in case of unforeseen challenges. Requirements Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detailoriented with exceptional organizational abilities. Proficiency in travel booking software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
