Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones within the transport and fleet ownership sector.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
Fleet Management:
Oversee the movement and deployment of the company's fleet of 32-feet and 40 feet vehicles to ensure optimal efficiency and utilization.
Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Operational Efficiency:
Streamline operational processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity of both 32 feet and 40 feet vehicle operations.
Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track and measure operational performance specific to these vehicle types.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide tailored solutions using 32 feet and 40 feet vehicles.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, including dispatchers, drivers, and administrative personnel responsible for managing 32 feet and 40 feet vehicles.
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage budgets for transport operations related to 32 feet and 40 feet vehicles, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
Regulatory Compliance:

Qualifications:
