Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at BOUNCE's Bengaluru location. The Barista's day-to-day tasks include preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, serving food items, maintaining inventory and cleanliness of the cafe, providing excellent customer service to guests, and conveying a positive energetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Barista skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience in food preparation and handling
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience required 2 to 3 years.

Salary Ranger: Upto 25k CTC
