Role Description

Lycka Properties is seeking a full-time Sr. Project Engineer I - Civil for an on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the project management team. They will be responsible for technical leadership, design coordination, and construction administration. This role will include the management of project schedules, budgets, and construction activities, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and contractual agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the design and construction of large-scale commercial or residential building projects
• Strong background in engineering software applications such as CAD, BIM, and analysis software
• Experience in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects from inception to completion
• Experience in sustainable design and building practices is preferred
• Prior experience in project management and construction supervision is preferred
