Job description
The incumbent will strategically source indirect procurement spend categories for the Company and be responsible for key continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of procurement process, systems and policy.
- The position would be responsible for indirect procurement including but not limited to Talent Engine, HR, Marketing, Admin, Sales, IT etc
- Develop comprehensive indirect procurement spend category strategies and drive alignment of these strategies.
- Support strategic objectives of the organization by developing strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and work with them to prioritize opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and implement metrics reporting for in scope responsibilities and related continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish MIS Reporting System for the function and develop future ecosystem considering organization s growth plans.
- Oversee vendor relationships and related negotiations, business reviews and vendor assessments and selections, with the goal of obtaining optimized quality, cost, delivery and innovation for the organization.
- Organize and schedule payment process for acquired services from the vendors.
- Constantly seek out improvement of purchasing processes and practices that eliminate non-value-added activity and incorporate relevant best practices.
- The role will require prior exposure to various Procurement-related systems and processes including hands-on experience of working on various enterprise spend management tools like Fieldglass, Coupa, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, NetSuite etc

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: Undergraduate/Postgraduate business-related degree and 8+ years procurement experience. Indirect Procurement Experience in HR, Marketing, Sales, and IT categories will be desirable.
- Must be assertive, persuasive, analytical, and an excellent communicator with solid organization and prioritization skills.
- ERP Tool experience is desirable.
- Must be highly computer literate with strong MS Excel skills.
