Job description
Job Overview:
A CS/ Inter CS with a good command over written English Language is required. The Job Description shall include assisting the Chief Compliance Officer on various Circulars and their proper implementation, Grievance Redressal, Communication with various external entities like the Exchange (BSE, NSE), Authorities (SEBI) and Clients apart from various branches and franchises of the Company.

JOB LOCATION : AHMEDABAD
Preferably local candidates only.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1.        Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer
2.       Communication with NSE, BSE, NSDL, SEBI, Clients and various other Business Associates of the Company.
3.       Interpretation and proper Implementation of the various Circulars, Notifications, Guidelines and Instructions issued by NSE, BSE, NSDL and SEBI.
4.       Grievance Redressal and regular follow up with the Clients.
5.       Assisting in the periodic Inspection carried out by the Exchange, Depository or SEBI.
6.       Follow Up with the Practicing Company Secretary (CS) of the Company.

Qualifications and Requirements :
1.        CS / INTER CS
2.       Good Command over English
3.       Knows basic functionality of MS Office
