Job Title:

Marketing Executive

Job Description: We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Offline Field Marketing Executive to spearhead our efforts in reaching out to customers through offline channels. As an Offline Field Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in creating and executing offline marketing campaigns and activities to promote our products/services and enhance brand visibility in the local community.

Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution:

Plan and organize offline events, including product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and community events, to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Local Partnerships:

Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to expand our brand presence and reach target audiences effectively. Collateral Development:

Create compelling offline marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Street Marketing:

Develop and implement street marketing strategies to engage with potential customers directly and drive foot traffic to our physical locations or events. Local Advertising:

Coordinate local advertising efforts, including print ads, radio spots, and outdoor signage, to increase brand visibility and attract customers within the target area. Market Research:

Conduct local market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and use insights to tailor marketing activities accordingly. Brand Ambassadorship:

Serve as a brand ambassador at events and in the community, representing our company and building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing initiatives, gathering feedback and data to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in offline marketing, event planning, or field marketing roles is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively. Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for devising innovative offline marketing strategies. Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and travel as required for events and activities.
