Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• HSM Administration:
o Configure, deploy, and manage HSMs to secure cryptographic keys for various applications (databases, encryption gateways, code signing).
o Implement key generation, import, export, and lifecycle management practices.
o Integrate HSMs with other security solutions and applications.
o Monitor HSM activity logs and investigate potential security incidents.
o Stay up to date on the latest HSM features and best practices.
• Database Activity Monitoring (DAM):
o Design and implement database security policies and procedures using DAM.
o Configure and manage database activity monitoring rules and alerts.
o Analyze database activity logs to identify suspicious activity and potential security breaches.
o Investigate and respond to database security incidents.
o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Primary Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (strongly preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering HSMs and DAM (preferably JisaSoft HSM and IBM DAM).
• Proven expertise in key management, encryption, and database security concepts and best practices.
• Strong understanding of database systems, SQL, and database security tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• OEM specific certifications are a plus.
