About the JobSupports the Control System Department in ETO activities, design development, and After-Sales activities.Acts as a HSES role model,.Participates to the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).Create and maintain standardization of basic engineering documents. Perform basic and detailed control system and process control design, and specification for marine loading arm package. (PID’s, Systems Architecture, interconnecting diagrams, I/O list). Prepare Bidding Dossier for Electrical & Hydraulic sub contractors. Coordinate and ensure efficient interface with other stakeholders of loading systems projects (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality and others). Actively participate to the definition of the operating procedures ensuring efficient and safe operations of Marine Loading Systems. Develop factory acceptance test procedures including inspection, test programs and troubleshooting.About You BE/B.Tech Electronics/Instrumentation with 5 to 10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of PIDs and instrumentation. Working knowledge of International codes, explosion proof material. Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic system design and schematics. Knowledge of SIEMENS or ROCKWELL PLC hardware and software is a plus (optional). Effective computer skills : Microsoft Office software, AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL. Must be able to write clear reports justifying the design choices and effectively communicate the same to partners. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
