Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Sales professional to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Software Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge software solutions to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SaS software and understanding of marketing sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the restaurant and hotel industry.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to help improve our products and services.
