• 1. 7 + years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on banking and e-payment domain.
• 2. A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals.
• 3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 4. Excellent in creating business documentation and Create end-user documentation (like user guides etc).
• 5. Track record of successful collaboration within cross-functional and global teams.
• 6. Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• 7. Create business process flow and process maps of the system requirements.
• 8. Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• 9. Independently gather information from key business users to develop, organize, and write functional specifications, and process documentation.
• 10. Effectively communicating business requirements and functional designs to Technical Developers and clarifying their queries.
• 11. Work with the Solution Architect on the overall functional design of the solution.
