RESPONSIBILITIES
ACTIONS
Pre onboarding
- HR Onboarding Coordinator responsibilities includes sending welcome mailers, documentation and HRMS portal credentials.
- Craft and send emails with information about work schedules, dress code and parking options.
- Coordinate company presentations and inductions.
- Coordination with Admin team for Joining kits, ID cards, Cabs, and Lunch.
- Coordinate with IT team for assets.
- Coordination with Banking partner.
Onboarding
- Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, HR team and other internal stakeholders.
- Preparation and issuance of employment contracts.
- Co-ordinate for Statutory Benefits like PF, Gratuity claims etc.
- Provide Temp ID cards for employees.
- Bank Account opening for new hires.
- Provide Joining kits.
- Feedback Collection on induction program.
Post Onboarding
- Support HR tasks including creating employee ID, maintaining records, administering background checks and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Maintain personal files and keep track of the employee’s data up to date .
- Adhere to the norms and policies of the organization and ensuring the same with employees.
- Ensure to upload all the data and files into the HRMS portal as and when required.
- Provide Access cards
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your manager.
