Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Application Engineer. The Field Application Engineer will be mainly responsible for providing technical support to customers on-site, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Field Service, Technical Support, and Customer Service skills
• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical,Electronic and Instrumentation Engineering
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
• Able to communicate and understand multiple language is a Plus
• Travel to customer site
