Role Description

This full-time on-site Senior Nursing Tutor role is located in South 24 Parganas. The Senior Nursing Tutor will be responsible for developing, planning, organizing and executing nursing training programs for the nursing staff. They will also be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to nursing personnel, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with Master's degree in Nursing or Education preferred
• Current nursing license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching or nursing experience with at least 2 years of teaching experience in a nursing program
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and evaluation of nursing education programs
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and healthcare standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
