Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Jr. Supervisor to join our team at DCS Group. As a Jr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of junior staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of railway construction and maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to conduct inspections and audits
• Strong supervisory and scheduling abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior staff members
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
• Monitor and evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other supervisors and team members to achieve departmental goals
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
