Role Description
- Overall Digital Marketing including performance marketing and social media strategy for managing the marketing funnel.
- Achieving the Digital marketing KPIs and direct contribution to GMV growth through performance marketing.
- Drive consumer engagement and consumer advocacy with targets for revenue retention and new customer acquisition.
- Develop the brand strategy and branding playbook for Aashiyana.
Develop sub-brands for Aashiyana in-line with its growth plans and overall strategy.
Skills - Experience in digital marketing and brand management.
- Passionate about driving growth and shaping a young brand.
- . Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, growth mindset, proficiency in devising and executing marketing experiments, customer-first and insights-led approach.
