Job description
Commercial Banking Operations
• Locations: Chennai
• Mode: Hybrid Model
• Team Size: 150-200 FTEs (Currently 70 FTEs which would gradually increase to 200 FTEs)
• Shifts: 3.00 p.m. – 12.30 a.m. (flexible)
• Experience: 12-18 years
• Geographies: US regions
Skills:
• Commercial lending/Wholesale lending services experience
• Credit operations Wholesale banking, corporate lending, Commercial real estate lending,
• Should be managing end to end Loan boarding, Loan Servicing operations - Post origination operations, Loan termination (Not just loan servicing exp but end to end)
• Loan servicing ops like Investor reporting/IR , Covenant Testing, reserves, payoffs analysis, Loan boarding, Loan conversions, Adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM),
• Should have handled a team of 80 – 100 FTEs' (flexible)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
