Job description

* Provide technical leadership in all aspects of SDLC, including system
analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

* Promote architectural and development best practices. Have the ability to
do API design, DB design etc.

* Understating platform and work on configuration of business requirements.

* Lead design reviews (including service design) and implement best design
principles.

* Implement the technology strategy of customer and partner organizations

* Lead and manage the development team .

* He/she will also be responsible for keeping up to date with emerging
technologies and making the choices on tech building blocks.

* Demonstrate the ability to bring in a fresh perspective; generate
imaginative ideas and approaches.

* Conduct regular change management session wrt to technology changes as
change management process working with Project/Program Manager.

* Cater to DevOps processes for development and deployment of platform.

* He/she will mentor the top tech talent within the organisation

* Collaborate with teams from other technology partners

Required Skills & Experience:

* Hands on. Experience in multiple technology streams (Java/J2EE, dynamic
languages, Springboot, Junit, Web Services, and Design Patterns)

* In Depth knowledge on GIT, Maven, Jenkins, YAML/JSON, Open API Contract -
Swagger, and Postman.

* Expertise with Microservice architecture, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and
REST concepts.

* Knowledge on Python and Analytics

* Hands-on experience on Oracle, Postgres/ PSql or any other SQL database.

* Knowledge about Elasticsearch, NodeJS, and ReactJS.

* Good understanding of authentication applications like KeyCloak

* Excellent OO design abilities; Proven Design skills;

* Ability to compare various options and decide.

* Ability to see abstractions bubbling up from different teams and
consolidate the same.

* Leading teams on end-to-end development and implementation.
